We will liaise pre contract, on behalf of the developer, with relevant Local Authorities and Water Boards to enable the necessary Bond Agreements to be put in place within the required time frames for a smooth transition onto site.  Throughout the progression of the development, we will monitor these Agreements and obtain, where possible, reductions reducing your overall liabilities.

Towards the completion of the development, we will arrange with the relevant Authorities for the required inspections to be undertaken, thus enabling the development to be put on the statutory maintenance period.  At this stage we can offer a bespoke service tailored to your needs anywhere from a consultative package through to a fully managed process including the undertaking of the remedial works.
